About Me

With nearly two decades of experience in the administrative profession, I have walked the long corridor of leadership- steady, intentional, and deeply rooted.

As a double-certified Administrative Professional (Certified Administrative Professional, Prince2 Project Management Foundation), I have had the privilege of partnering with Senior Executives and dynamic teams across Government institutions.

Today, I serve as a Board Director of the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP), where I continue to advocate for the advancement of our profession and the recognition of administrative leadership as a strategic force.

But beyond the boardroom, I carry another voice, the voice of a storyteller.
As a member of Toastmasters International and a global speaker, I lace my speeches with poetic cadence and the gentle power of storytelling. Whether addressing a conference in Sandton or sharing a poem in Auckland, I speak not just to inform, but to stir the spirit.

I am also a creative writer with an African soul—one unafraid to play with language, to craft prose that lingers, and poetry that breathes. My signature poem, I Am Intentional, I Am Professional, recited on global stages from Washington to London, is both an anthem and a call: to see administrative professionals as vision-bearers, not just titleholders.

In 2015, I was honored to be named the Pitman P.A. of the Year, a recognition that affirmed what I have always believed: our work matters. and our voices deserve space—at tables of leadership, and on platforms of influence.

From Kampala to Frankfurt, I’ve represented Uganda and Africa at global forums like the World Administrators Summit, championing causes that merge professionalism with creativity, and leadership with impact.

Words are my precious gift to you.

Thank you for being part of my story.
